Talking to professionals in Telc The Czech Safer Internet Combined node is now running its Safer Internet Roadshow 2008 campaign. It is a nationwide series of workshops organised with the assistance of the Czech association of librarians and IT professionals (SKIP). In particular, the Roadshow targets local municipality IT administrators.

With this in mind, August saw saferinternet.cz introducing the Safer Internet project to IT professionals of the public administration bodies of the Vysocina region. They traditionally hold their meetings in Telc - a small town in the Czech highlands area. The event called Internet in Telc is a part of the Holiday in Telc cultural event.

Safer internet issues are attracting the attention of both the general public and IT professionals. The node thus contributes to increasing awareness and sharing experience and considers it to be a good base on which to build its next systematic collaboration.
