Bulgaria
On 14 January 2005, the Bulgarian National Assembly ratified the Memorandum of Understanding between the European Community and the Republic of Bulgaria on Bulgaria's participation in the Safer Internet Programme. |
The Law for the ratification was published in the State Gazette No 10 of 28 January 2005. The Memorandum of Understanding has therefore entered into force.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Applied Research and Communications Fund (ARC Fund) supported Safer Internet Day activities by organizing WEB-releases in both English and Bulgarian.
